Students normally arrive one day before the courses start. Barcelona school of Spanish offers a transfer service that will take you from the airport straight to your accomodation. If you choose a hostel or a residence you will be able to pick up your keys at any time of day at the reception desk.
If what you have chosen is a host family, they will be waiting for you at the given address to help you settle in.
If you choose an apartment the person who’ll drive you will give you your keys.
Sure! We’ll prepare you for the DELE (Diploma de Español Lengua Extranjera), which is the only Spanish official qualification. All DELE exams are internationally recognised and include both Iberian and South American Spanish (the listening part could be any accent spoken in any Spanish speaking country). Teaching institutions and Universities around the world will recognise these exams as a guarantee of your level and grant you Spanish credits.
Depending on your level you will be able to sit:
Initial (Level B1 from the European Framework)
Intermediate (Level B2 from the European Framework)
Advanced (Level C1 from the European Framework)
Superior (Level C2 from the European Framework)

In the unlikely event that your course might be cancelled, we can offer a full refund of your fees. We could also relocate you in a different course that might interest you in our school, or we could recommend another Spanish school that will give you similar services to what we offer.

Barcelona School of Spanish provides an online placement test to have a rough idea of your level. You will have a second test upon arrival with one of our teachers to ensure that you are placed in the correct level and course. If you have never studied Spanish before you don’t need to do any placement or level tests.
